We aim to process & dispatch your order within 5 business days. Please note delivery times are estimated and could vary from country to country, as well as during traditional holiday periods.

For international orders you may be liable for any import taxes and duties incurred during the order.


Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase date, we cannot offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You will need to post the items back to us. You will be liable for any shipping costs incurred during the return process. Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the return is approved, refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 14 days.


We currently do not accept exchanges on our products except if your products arrived damaged/defective. Please get in touch with us via our contact forms should you have received defective items.
